• through ‘leadership MOTs’, whereby leaders plan in a regular time to take a step back from the pressures of every day life for personal reflection and intentional consideration of their own growth and development.
• by offering various personality and team building tools, including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, as a means for personal and interpersonal development, either for groups or individually.

For churches interested in getting a flavour of our ministry, we offer a day's programme, around our key teaching of 'knowing Christ as Life'.  The day is varied in content, with time for input, time for reflection and time for sharing together.

• through teaching, training and retreats, both in England and overseas, serving a number of missionary organizations.
• in offering ongoing support to missionaries on or off the field, by providing a safe place for processing, debriefing, refueling in whatever ways are most beneficial.
