Transformational Leadership Centre

Transformational Leadership Centre exists to see individuals realize their God-given potential for leadership in every sphere of society.

I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. - Galatians 2:20

We believe in the power of this truth to transform our lives.

We believe that it is a truth that speaks deeply to who we really are, and addresses insecurities that would hold us back from God’s dream for our lives.  It does not take us down the world’s way of self-fulfilment, but rather it calls us to the narrow way that Jesus speaks of, and by which he promises life in all its abundance.

Join us to see what that life can look like!

Our heart

The heart of Transformational Leadership Centre has never been about running courses or putting on events.  Rather it is about responding to the Father’s invitation to know true life.  Our desire is to create a safe place, a staging post where leaders from every walk of life may come in whatever state they find themselves, to find sustenance for their journey and encounter Christ as Life.  For it is to the degree that we experience Christ living through us, that we are empowered to fulfil our God given destiny, and discover what Jesus meant when he spoke of ‘abundant life’.

Dear Friends

“Once upon a time” is a familiar phrase at this time of the year, the season of pantomimes and fairy tales.  In the Christmas season we heard again through the children’s nativities and readings the stories of long, long ago.  We love a good story, especially with a happy ending.

Dan Allender in his book ‘To be Told’ explores how our lives are stories unfolding, stories that connect us with others, and stories that are in turn part of a bigger story that God is authoring.  Allender encourages us to give time to reflect on our story - I want to say ‘deeply live in our story’ rather than surf through it at the frantic pace modern life can have.  I have been intrigued by this concept and the significance of our own sacred stories as we engage with them and share out of them.  Our coaching gives an opportunity for individuals to tell their stories, as does Spiritual Direction.

In October a group of us gathered and took time to hear something of one another’s stories.  We observed something significant and profound take place as stories were told and received, listened to and accepted without judgement.
